Nimble Biosystems, Inc. runs this website and mailing list. Joining is optional. If you enter your email and choose Get updates, you agree to receive occasional Nimble product updates. We keep your email address, when and how you signed up, and which signup wording you agreed to. If you email us, we use your address and message to respond, not to add you to the list.
Resend stores our mailing list in the United States under its data processing terms. Our email providers handle your messages. Our providers may also process information in other countries.
Cloudflare processes IP addresses and browser/network details to serve and protect the site. We also use your IP address to limit repeated signup attempts. See its privacy policy.
We don’t sell personal information or use advertising trackers. We don’t change these practices in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
We keep information as long as needed to manage the list, respond to you, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. We retain unsubscribed addresses and limited signup records to respect your preferences. We delete or anonymize information under our control when it’s no longer needed.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an update email or by emailing hello@nimblebiosystems.com. You can also ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your information. We handle those requests under applicable law and may need to confirm it’s you. Privacy questions are welcome at the same address. We post changes here, update the date, and provide extra notice of significant changes when required by law.
